The Initiative
Target Housing Conferences in 2023 and 2024 brought together REALTORs, elected officials, and business leaders.
Our Role
Addressed the housing crisis in the Seattle region. Identified and wrote policy for ADU and middle housing incentives for builders and homeowners.
The Impact
New pre-approved Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADUs) designs for homeowners to build on their property are being considered in Bremerton; and pro-housing policies that encourage new growth of all housing types, transit-oriented and “missing middle” housing developments are being considered in the Kitsap County Comprehensive Plan and at the local level in Bainbridge Island, Bremerton, Port Orchard, and Poulsbo.

Designed lean field reporting systems and implemented disciplined call time program.

Improved contributions from $9,000 to $100,000 in four months, receiving endorsement from the Philadelphia Inquirer.

The Mission
Kitsap County Association of REALTORS needed to build political infrastructure and electoral influence to protect real estate industry interests across greater Seattle and western Washington.
Our Strategy
As Government Affairs Director, Nathan built a comprehensive fundraising operation from the ground up, raising $150,000 for REALTOR Political Action Committee (RPAC) over two years through systematic donor cultivation and engagement.
The Impact
Achieved 80% win rate for endorsed candidates without requiring usg to allocate any campaign funds. Created a sustainable campaign war chest for future issue advocacy while executing digital and public outreach campaigns that mobilized REALTORs and industry professionals.
